nope, it means Paul wants to see more tax dollars returned to the tax payer.

This bill simply allows people to keep a bit more of their own money; it does not give free money to people who would not have paid the same amount or more in taxes. It is not a tax rebate, it is a tax credit.

Not a sell out by any means. Paul does whatever he can to reduce the tax burden on citizens. This is actually a great way to get the "well to do" socialist fools in Congress to go along with it. It puts a lot of social pressure on them as people can pull the "Oh, you don't want to help the poor, homeless, evacuees?" Forget it if you bring up the Katrina incident, even though the bill won't go back THAT far. Still a good talking point anyway.

Two thumbs up yet again for Dr. Paul.
