Find an App named "Your Rights." It includes The Constitution, Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation, Federalist Papers, and a bunch of ACLU stuff (blah). The best part about it is that it also includes a section called, "Encountering Law Enforcement." It gives a lot of scenarios and what you may or may not have to say or do when confronted by law enforcement. It's a nice freebie.
