On the Senate floor around an hour ago, Dick Durbin (D-IL, Majority Whip), in talking about the healthcare "bureaucracy," accidentally used the term "Barackeuracy." He corrected himself, but I believe the word sums up much of what is currently going on in the country in four syllables.

Just to make sure this wasn't a wasted thread, I am also inquiring about the following:

As most of you know, the 2010 Census will determine congressional seats, much of which is done through redistrcting/gerrymandering.* I am wondering if there is any effort among the freedom movement to try and get involved at the state level?

* For those who are unaware, gerrymandering is when a state legislature redistricts the congressional boundary lines to increase their party's representatives by putting more of one party in an area. There are several ways to do this that can best be explained in a game. Gerrymandering Game (http://www.redistrictinggame.com/)
