Between the changes by the FCC in the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999........seriously what industry didn't Clinton help open the gates of h*ll to?

Excuse me? Come again?
:rolleyes:
Basically every one that matters...
deregulation=good
too bad it's never actually happened
and a 'deregulation' is actually increased regulation because an unfettered market will regulate businesses to a greater degree than government.
If a business does bad stuff --> fewer people will do business with them

My perception is that he didn't so much de-regulate as alter loopholes in existing legislation for transnational corporations to jump in the door and exploit for profits.

The government's definition of deregulation is simular to its definition of free trade.
