Noted political hack Stuart Rothenberg took some cheap shots at Peter Schiff, so I wrote him an E-mail...to which he actually responded!

Stu,
When Schiff runs, and wins, you will look as foolish as all those other clowns who laughed at him when he predicted the housing bubble would burst.
How dare you question Schiff's patriotism with that wise-crack about him not voting in 20 years. What the hell is there to choose from? Both parties are infected with Keynesian cancer and crony corruption.
You are a fool Stu, and you've inspired me to work even harder for Peter Schiff's campaign. New Jersey isn't too far from Connecticut, and I'll be going door to door with literature exposing Chris Dodd for the piece of crap that he is.
Dont tell me I have no business in CT...the Senate is now a Federal...not a state,... institution. ...whether we like it or not. Chris Dodd is in my pocket, so I have every right to work against him.
Here, learn some real economics.....

Instead of working for Schiff, you might go back to school to lean how to read.
I never questioned Schiff's patriotism. I merely noted that voters expect that their elected officials -- and candidates for office -- vote. Maybe you don't, but most sane people do.
As for your decision to go to Connecticut to work for Peter, why should I care? Go ahead. Move there. More your family -- if you have one. Quit your job -- if you have one. I talked to dozens of Howard Dean supporters who moved to Iowa to help him win the Iowa Caucuses. Look how well he did there!
As for looking foolish, I'm not worried. Look in the mirror. You sound like one of those Ron Paul wackos (emphasis added by OP) who e-mailed me promising that Dr. Paul would win the Iowa Caucuses and go on to win the GOP nomination. He sure did great, didn't he?
So you hate Dodd and both parties. Big deal. I'm not defending them. All I'm saying is that Schiff is not going to win the Senate. But go ahead, knock yourself out. It beats counting black helicopters and talking about how terrible the Federal Reserve is.
(emphasis added by OP)
Have a nice life.
