I also heard them talk about it on KNX 1070 tonight while having the misfortune of driving through Los Angeles. They mentioned that every Republican since sometime in the 20s or 30s, and some Democratic Presidents have attended, and something about how the power structure (not in those words) attends. They didn't mention the owl and the mock child/human sacrifices. Go Stephen.

I don't know. There are some who are open-minded, but I wouldn't put the percentage too high.
