A conversation with Carlos Watson, and then a short back and forth with Chuck Todd. Very good points made about the Fed. :)

I'm not sure but apparently Geithner will be appearing in front of congress today, so maybe Dr. Paul gets to question him.

if it happens it'll be on c-span.

Just put on C-Span 2 and the scroller at the bottom of the screen said Geithner would be there at 1 PM and that it would be live.

"Thursday, June 18, 2009, 1:00 p.m., 2128 Rayburn House Office Building. The Full Committee will hold a hearing on: "The Administration’s Plan for the Restructuring of the American Financial Regulatory System"

Check your CSPAN channels.

For those without CSPAN or a TV, you will be able to watch the hearing live on CSPAN's website:

It just got changed to 1:30 eastern.

I'm guessing because the house is still voting on something..

apparently they needed to clarify which questions were "in bounds" before TurboTax Timmy took the stand. T3 doesn't like unexpected questions.

Did you see that Chuck Todd "SMIRK" near the end?

Seems like RP talked over the OBAMABOT's mentality... Remember, Chuck Todd has a Pro Obama Front row seat at ALL of Barry's and WH PRESS releases/hearings.

Thanks. Ron did a great job.

I think that's the first time I've seen Chuck Todd talk to Ron Paul. Todd has been NBC's go to guy for politics, so it was weird to see him interested in a policy question with Paul.

what's funny about most of ron's videos now is not so much what ron has to say - that is something we all know ahead of time, talking about freedom, sound money and free markets and the fed, etc - but more so how the conversation goes, the reaction of the interviewer.

I almost felt bad for Todd, his question didn't have the impact he planned for :) Hopefully he was taking notes. Maybe we can have 1000 people email him the video to help his education level on the financial mess.

LOL I loved it!

Dr Paul rocks!

Yeah, you'll notice the "Huh..." and a lightbulb flickering above their head.

By the way, thanks for posting the YouTube clip.
