When asked what he finds most disturbing about the surveillance footage, Titus said, "The fact that people went in and out of the store and didn't call police. There is a man laying there. Nobody thinks to dial 9-1-1 or check to see if he's okay or anything."

What the hell happened to the USA? :confused:

"But only one called 9-1-1 for help."

"'Nobody thinks to dial 9-1-1 or check to see if he's okay or anything.'"

:confused::confused::confused:

What were they supposed to do, jump in their cars and initiate a high-speed chase?

Are you kidding? The first person to dial 9-1-1 would probably be their first suspect. Checking to see if he was okay would leave your evidence at the scene. That's what happened to America.

Well, if all the customers had guns, there wouldn't have been a robbery or a murder.

Yet they admit that someone did indeed call for emergency assistance. They're just spinning it using the fact that only one person did. But, you know what? People in an emergency are able to communicate and cooperate. And if it's obvious that there's absolutely no saving the clerk, yes, television and other sources have taught us to touch nothing...

I'm just glad to live in a concealed carry state. Some of these psychos have no sense at all, but most retain an instinct for self-preservation. As a result, you just don't see these stories much here.

Folks, we are talking Gary, IN. If you had ever been there you would understand.

I've been there. It's way, way, way down the list of what I would call 'good represenative samples of the U.S.'

And I'll leave it at that.

This is what I was going to say. It's a jungle there.

In Gary, all the customers probably had guns. They don't have any soul - that's the problem.

Yeah, I've been there myself...

We'll all tiptoe around the 900 lb elephant in the room.

My sentiments exactly. Let's see if the media and legislators in Indiana can figure that out.

I've never been to Indiana.

What I imagine, however, is...
