I read another post on the forum that led to a You Tube video about all the people for a Ron Paul meeting in DC on July 4th 2007.
I'm not sure I can swing the finances to fly to DC but I have thought of an idea I'd like to share.
If you have a July 4th parade in your community, sign up to participate! Decorate a float or have people walking ... drive a convertable ... signs galore ... in some parades, they allow people to walk along curbside ... and you could pass out cards or small flyers ... wearing of course, your shirts and buttons ...
I have checked into a couple of local parades and the entry fees range from $35 to $150 (or so) depending on the size of the entry (how many people, how many cars etc).
The cards/flyers could have contact info for the local RP meetups and national website.
