Any opinions on this article? The first part of the article explains that there is a serious funding problem but at the same times says its not an emergency. Pretty much they acknowledge the problem but then go on to explain that somehow (even though they don't suggest how) it will be funded or the situation will drastically change for the better. It sounds to me they are hoping for a miracle or some type of huge technological breakthrough to bail them out. Anyways I thought it was amusing but a pretty weak argument overall.
