When the first 700 billion dollar bank bailout came out they announced on the news that it wasn't even the exact number we needed to save the banks. They just knew we needed a huge number, so secretary Paulson just made it up. He just took a random guess. That wouldn't work in the 8th grade. They'd be like, "Dumbass, you gotta show your work!"
