With a subpoena, do they have to answer all questions? or can they still come up with the same "we don't have to say anything" bullshit? I hope the latter, cause that will give more reason to pass HR1207

Subpoena has the force of law. But, HR1207 is an audit, whereas this only covers the ML acquisition.

Sometimes the truth hurts, but it needs to be out there so everybody knows.

This is the only way things can bet better. This crap has been going on for nearly 100 years and it's about time the truth came out.

Granted, this is a very, very small piece of the pie. Looking at just one particular case and noticing some discrepancy might urge a more in depth audit.

As for the bankers pulling out all the stops and dragging everyone down, in a way, I hope they do. We can get over this phony monetary policy we've had since we came off of a backed-currency, and look at real economic reform.
