Hello free staters! This is SamIam and the jail has just thrown me out. The forced me to agree to PR terms that I’m already in violation of, I told them I did not understand. That I did not agree to them. I did not sign them. I requested my attorney who’s going to be here in 10 minutes. And they pushed me out the door, in the orange close. I guess I get to keep them. And gave me all my stuff. I was escorted out. They would not explain anything or put anything in writing. They were told just to release me and so I’m out of jail. Thank you guys for everybody who’s helped me, sent letters, cards, emails, done all the things you had to do to support me along the way and I’m looking forward to getting back to life and challenging a lot of this in court. Thank you, glad to be out, looking forward to talking all soon. Goodbye.

Sam is a hero for going through that- may his trouble get paid off with exposure to the BS legal system we have in this country.

Yep, and there's a huge welcome home party in Keene tomorrow which I'll be attending. You can also hear him cohost tonight's edition of Free Talk Live: http://media.libsyn.com/media/ftl/FTL2009-06-09.mp3. I called into the show in the last segment (last 10 minutes) regarding the huge party we had tonight in Manchester, celebrating the termination of the proposed seatbelt law. Over 120 people turned out, I was open carrying along with others, and a great time was had by all.

Sam is a great guy. We are having a big party for him on Wednesday night. I just got back from the party we had about us defeating the seat belt. Now we have another big party on Wednesday. So many parties over positive developments! These are exciting times.

Sounds like he is familiar with "Redemption" stuff.

Sam knows it all, and he's a PIMP for liberty. I'm glad to know him and call him my friend. Porcfest should be a grand time.

Indeed. Our legal system is not what it was intended to be. Prosecutors and cops across this country have gone rogue.

Sam gave the closing speech at the Porcupine Freedom Festival (http://www.freestateproject.org/festival/)sponsored by the Free State Project (http://www.freestateproject.org/). Well worth a watch:
