Has the Senate ever introduced revenue bills?

Not sure, they probably just have their homies in the House do it for them...

Correct, the original $700 billion dollar bailout originated in the Senate due to it failing in the house the first time around.

In case you do not remember.....it failed in the house. They wanted it passed so bad, they voted on the exact same bill in the senate anyway (which did include new taxes). It passed the senate, then the house voted on it again and it passed the house..........completely unconstitutionally.

No one besides Ron Paul said a word.

Is there a 'Controlling Legal Authority'?
