Ron Paul: Support My Son's Senate Bid (http://politics.theatlantic.com/2009/06/ron_paul_support_my_sons_senate_bid.php)

You may not know this, but Rep. Ron Paul's son, Rand, is running for Senate in Kentucky, having formed an exploratory committee in May with the goal of taking over embattled Sen. Jim Bunning's (R) seat, as top GOP figures have privately urged Bunning not to seek reelection amid concerns that he can't win.

Rand, like his father, is a doctor and a graduate of Duke medical school. He has practiced eye surgery in Kentucky for 18 years. Aside from helping his father campaign, his most notable political act has been founding the Kentucky Taxpayers Union, which rates the state's legislature and promotes the Americans for Tax Reform pledge against tax hikes.

Today, Ron Paul sent an e-mail to supporters asking them to back his son's foray into electoral politics:

And then posts the email.

I'm thinking that's pretty quick. Either someone tipped them off or they are cool like us and type in Ron Paul in the Google News or read ronpaulforums.com

The blog is pretty popular... getting 180,000 views (http://siteanalytics.compete.com/politics.theatlantic.com/).

Maybe, they might even be on Ron Paul's email list... journalists subscribe to them. Also I mis-posted so if the mod wants to move this into Politics that's cool.

I just found that.

They must be closet Ron Paul supporters. Any smart liberal or conservative, if sits down and listens to Paul will agree with him, but they don't have the courage to say it. They are to into their respective fake, failing political struggle to admit when they are completely wrong.
