John Boehner is my congressman, and I have been barraging all 3 of his offices with calls. Well, today his DC office told me that though he has not co-sponsored yet, John Boehner, the house minority leader, will be co-sponsoring HR 1207!!

This hopefully will bring other Republicans on board easier!

I called a few more time, to his different offices, and his DC office confirmed with me that he WILL be signing on, either this weeked or sometime next week!!! WOO HOOO! She said that he had not yet, but they discussed it on Wednesday and he will be signing.

I called his D.C. office and the guy told me that he "believe[s]" that Rep. Boehner is "looking into" co-sponsoring. We'll see what happens.
