Seriously, I find the advancement of the United States having a black president a great stride for racial relations in the United States. However, why was not the first black president Alan Keyes!? In fact, for the Republican parties sake, why is not Keyes being promoted and capitalized on? He is probably one of the Republican parties best spokesman besides Ron Paul. Perhaps really in 2012 we should focus our efforts on him. Seriously where is the Alan Keyes support?

Alan Keyes is not in "The Club"... sad but the $100's of millions come with the select puppet of the Left & Right Clubs.

McCain-Feingold Act ensure opaqueness and ambiguities of bug money in campaign financing too. Same goes for Bought and Paid for MSM.

I like a lot of what Alan Keys says. He either then goes off the deep end, or simply lacks basic political savvy.

I've voted for him in primaries past ... more recently, I look for a better candidate and usually find one.

He's a loon?

Seriously, he can't talk about anything except abortion.

In 2000 Keyes was a credible candidate. It seemed like this time around he did everything possible to take himself out of serious consideration. He should have endorsed Ron.

The socialist/media complex's racism is such an orthodoxy that they don't even give guys like Keyes or JC Watts credit for even being black. It is almost like if you are a minority and don't toe the socialist line, your racial identity is revoked. That is the one and only case where socialists are color blind.

I thought it was quite obvious that he was brought INTO the primaries to distract and a lame attempt to siphon some potential support for RP. Remember when he missed the first couple debates, then all of a sudden he was admitted into the debate IN IOWA of all places right before the IA caucus and used a lot of the same RP talking points in the debate? Not to mention taking time away from RP in that same debate?

Besides all that, he wasn't very nice to his lesbian daughter. :(

Maybe because he's bat shit crazy?

Seriously, the guy used to occasionally make an impressive speech (back in the '90s), but he's become unhinged since then.

BTW, he's got almost nothing in common with Ron Paul other than having an "R" next to his name. Keyes is an ultra right wing social conservative and a warmonger. He's sure as Hell not libertarian.

If all 14 of Keyes' supporters had come over to Ron, Ron may have won! :)

Alan Keyes says some good things, but he's totally unelectable. Remember when they let him in that one debate? It was so embarrassing to watch him.

That was exactly how I felt.

They pretty much treated him like crap in the debate just like they did to RP. Keyes is actually pretty good on some issues, but has become desperate for political power making him do strange things.
