I have to disagree with the judge.

About 1:40 in vid one, he said the SCOTUS held DS was not a person. This is false.

The Court held that DS was not a citizen of Missouri [as the SCMO held in Scott v. Emerson (1852)], and as such, the jurisdiction of federal courts to hear cases between CITIZENS of different states could not be applied.
