So, Obama is now getting promoted, more than ever, as a Muslim who is being promoted to deity status and aims to "reach out to Muslim world (http://www.usatoday.com/news/world/2009-06-03-obama-muslims_N.htm?csp=34)"

So, let me get this straight. We just had 8-years of Islam bashing, creating tremendous fear and hatred of the Muslim world through decades of perception shaping in the media, now we have a Muslim president who wants to make friendly with Islam saying that the United States also could be considered as “one of the largest Muslim countries in the world. (http://thecaucus.blogs.nytimes.com/2009/06/02/obama-signals-themes-of-mideast-speech/)”
I can only imagine how this will enrage the Christian and Patriot communities in America. The imagery being presented is that the USA is no longer a Christian nation, which has been discussed at RPF previous (see here (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=191763) and here (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=191092) and here (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=190742)). This last referenced thread is most intriquing, as it contains a video where Obama says "America Is Not a Christian, Jewish or Muslim Nation". So why the change of messaging now?
Is Obama attempting to deliberately enrage Patriot & Christian Americans? I am going to go out on a limb and say that I think this maybe exactly what he is attempting to do. So, why would he do this?
Well, the establishment wants to attack these groups, because they are the only remaining elements that understand and support our nation's traditional libertarian values and Christian framework. I think that this is a setup, a setup to anger these groups and to spark domestic "incidents", however these incidents maybe achieved. Once an incident is recorded, and exposed as being perpetrated by a ron paul type Christian patriot, motivated by this religious meme, then the administration will have the justification it seeks to attack the patriot movement and purge/marginalize it.
I've seen a number of "edgie" threads here lately, threads discussing jews, masons, blacks, hispanics and all types of "victim groups." This is uncharacteristic of a true libertarian, as individuals are not evaluated on a group level. So, I've been quite suspicious of all of these new threads, and have often wondered if this is part of the setup in order to continue to paint the libertarian as a right-wing nutjob with a gun and a bible..... a nutjob who needs to be silenced or we risk scarry domestic terrorism.
I'm obviously out on a very thin tree limb here, but I think that this line of thinking is important enough to present as a possible hypothetical that should be discussed preliminarily.
