DuQuoin Site under consideration
The Organizing Team is considering the DuQuoin (IL) state fairgrounds as possible site for the Fall 2009 Midwest Liberty Fest, which is shaping up to be a National Event.
The Midwest Liberty Fest will be a non-partisan event uniting Patriots and Eleutherophiles of all political and non-political persuasions.
The Agenda committee is working on an exciting roster of speakers.
The date of the event is still not yet pegged, pending review of scheduling compatibilities with Dr. Ron Paul, Dr. Rand Paul, Adam Kokesh, and others who have expressed interest in participating.
1. Speakers - Major gatherings to hear the big name guys talk
2. Education - Big and small breakout sessions to cover topics requested.
3. Children's Activities
4. Entertainment
5. Socializing and Networking
6. Exhibitions and Booth
7. The Soapbox - 15 minutes of audience and fame for whosoever
8. Meet the Candidates - Candidates for various public offices can have 15-20 minutes
9. Exploring the issues - Discussion and counterpoint on today's most divisive issues
10. Spontaneous Informal gatherings.
