Where are the pay cuts, less vacation time, no retirement matching etc... for government employees?

Of course the Keynesians will say this is the absolute most wrong thing to do because they base they believe people must have excess cash to spend but I believe having workers employed is more important. I think it is more harmful to the economy to have 600 workers paying their bills and not collecting umemployment, food stamps, etc than it is to have 6000 workers bringing home a little less money each week.
