Epic

When it comes to anything economic, Jesse Ventura is an epic fail. Plus he won't even criticize Obama.

But Ventura said something like:

"The good part of me not working is that there is 1 more job for someone else."

That stupidity is just about unparalleled. There is not a 'set' number of jobs. Productivity begets more productivity.

Exactly. The more I hear out of Ventura, the less I like. If he was president, I doubt things would be much different. He's perfectly okay with taxes and doesn't even talk about cutting them, let alone doing the right thing and eliminating them!

"I don't understand the economy, so I'm not sure whether the bailout is good or bad."
Once again, someone get this dope a copy of Meltdown.

I like him as a person, but he just isn't a good politician. He's WAY WAY too thin skinned for the job. People need to forget about Ventura for any kind of public office anymore. It ain't gonna happen and it shouldn't happen.

I guess my mom read some article about Ventura being a Libertarian, she's rather apolitical but knows I could be considered one, and I had to explain to her how he's okay on drugs and boarders and what not, but he's a moron on the economy.

I hate the term, but I don't think my mom would bother to try and understand Anarcho-capitalism.

As much as I respect Ventura, consider the guy a retired commentator and nothing else. He just isn't candidate material anymore, and doesn't want to be. He is too out of touch. It's clear he wants to live out the rest of his life his way, without serving in office again, and at some level I can't totally blame the guy for thinking this way after all the crap he went through.
