I'm very sure it's not going anywhere, he hasn't got a case, it's just him seeking attention.

It's been kind of amusing following the matter though..

He talked about the ban on his show for almost a whole month. On his show, you "learn" that Jimmy Carter is a frontman for worldwide Islamic terrorism among other things, an exact quote of his.

He's also got a somewhat over-exaggerated view of leftists:

I'm a bit surprised too that he described himself as happily married - on his show, he's admitted that he and his wife are always fighting. He doesn't seem to mind lying.
