I just got done reading this book. It is a quick read with short chapters. There is not a lot of editorial, just facts and figures. Each chapter deals with a different topic. he lists bullet points with fact and figures showing why that particular issue is f'd up and needs to go. the book could use an update as it was written in 1995, but most of the issues are still relevant today.
