Around the 7:28 mark.

"I actually had some notes and I lost them somewhere, so I'm just gonna wing it [...]"

I think it's a good analogy for the Campaign for Liberty. ;)

Maybe you mean that libertarians are so awesome that they don't need notes and are able to "wing it". :D

Well, you can bet Dr. Paul wouldn't have mentioned that he forgot his notes. He never uses them. Lmao.

You aren't the only one. People like her make me feel proud that America still has something to offer immigrants, other than a welfare state. The freedom we've taken for granted doesn't exist in many nations, and that is traditionally the greatest thing this country has ever had to offer. We don't want to lose that.

Oh goody, someone who can actually speak rather than read a teleprompter. :D:D

Notes are okay with me. Having your whole, written speech in front of you, or at your sides so you can pretend you're looking at the audience, not okay.

It was a trumpet, and, I don't think he had a chance to warm up, maybe.

The national anthem is overrated anyway. It's kind of like the oath of office—most people just say it and don't actually think about what the words mean.

Right. They go to the Statue of Liberty because it's a "national monument". They couldn't care less what it stood for.
