No. It would cost them $15,000 to implement and it would be a for a feature that isn't really needed. Are you really to lazy to log in each time?

Besides, they've been working on this since the launch of the web site. Just give them some more time, they'll have it up soon.

Isn't this as simple as adding a cookie when you log on? Just hire Terra Eclipse and be done with it. Worth every penny, considering the site is the literal heart of the entire organization (aside from the members).

Worth all 5 MILLION pennies? And where is it established that the heart of C4L is the website?

My user name and password are retained. All I have to do his hit the "login" button and I'm good.

Are you saying it would cost $5 million for a proper website by TE?

5 million pennies = $50,000
I'm not sure if this is an accurate price.

They said thanks for letting them know and they'd look into it!

If you're using IE stop right now and go download the latest version of Firefox.

You're welcome. :)

Except that all of the CFL features don't work in FireFox grrr..... When posting blogs, calendar events, or sending messages, there are interface options that are inoperable in FireFox which is absolutely absurd and of which there is no excuse for.:mad::mad:

That'd be great. Or maybe when we log in while at a blog entry page, it refreshes on the same page, and not the user control panel.

I am using Firefox. It's just less of an inconvenience. I thought we were against the whole "lesser of two evils" thing.

Especially cut and paste. Such a pain in the neck.

But even having to hit login is more than we should have to do.

Because I have never actually had any problems with this issue. If it persists, check your Firefox extensions.

This drives me freaking nuts. I actually no longer go to the blog, and it's probably because of this!

One major drawback I experienced last night is the inability to attach or upload files. I had 39 pdf's I was trying to send to WA State coordinators. We have until Friday to recruit candidates for local office and I made pdf's from every county auditor's list of open offices.

I had to use our barely-used Google group to upload them, however. Bullshit. We finally have all the coordinators looking at the website (many, many an hour on countless conference calls was wasted with our state coordinator explaining to everyone the minutiae of using the C4L site!) and I realize I can't even get them the info they need to attack the next project!!!

I'm just glad I have the RSS feed, so I can click that and go back to the blog article I was reading.
