I can only laugh when Barney Frank assures us that he knows what is going to happen. Wasn't he just saying like a year and a half ago that subprime wasn't a problem? How on earth does he think he has any credibility at all? If this man had even one shred of honor, he would resign in disgrace and apologize to the American people.
