Looks like it's been there for awhile.

Why shouldn't they be on Youtube? Is more transparency a bad thing? ... Then again, it all looks like brainwashing tutorials and how-tos.

Yeah, it's two-pronged. :( I like to see governments get more interactive but at the same time it gives them a chance to spill out propaganda, which is what it's mostly comprised of. It's shit pie. The outside looks delicious but you go to bite into it and....

Interesting.

Mostly PSAs (nothing too controversial) from what I've seen. Surprised there are so few views and so many videos even though I've never heard of it. It's a pretty well-organized channel.

Most (all?) videos have ratings enabled, and some have comments enabled too.
