Step 1. Stand up and Yell "I demand to be heard!"

They will instruct you to sit down and be quiet

Step 2. Remain standing and yell "I demand restitution"

They will send the Sergeant at Arms

Step 3. Challenge him to a dual

He will decline

Step 4. RUMP!
