I as well as many of you undoubtedly browse many-a-liberty forum.

Recently, I have been grazing thetreeofliberty.com since their forums are quite active and I get a good dose of news from the site.

To make a long story short, I was appalled at the blind support for Israel as a current nation on that supposedly liberty-minded forum.

One would note I have been nothing more than honest, humble and stating everything as my POV. I am just surprised at the hostility from this forum, especially a self-touted liberty forum.

I agree with your premise, and am quite the same way typically (walk quietly and carry a large stick), but this is definitely the time to bring out the stick.

I am not attacking, nor condescending and I believe that in a liberty-forum I should be allowed to express my views. I am not spewing any hate, inflaming no one by my words alone and only look for an open discussion. It is not my intention to be banned, but if that's the outcome of this, it is for a good cause.

As such, there is no Free Speech here in that

If anything, this is a good way to alert the other liberty forums that this forum is definitely not liberty-minded; with your permission I would post your PM's on the other forums... with your permission only of course.

Talk to some orthodox/ catholic/ confessional protestant Christians, and you'll find many who are openly critical of Israel.
One of my father's talking points on Israel is to openly wonder how Jews didn't seem to learn anything about how not to treat people from 1933-1945.
And isn't this something which repeatedly gets Mel Gibson into trouble?

I'm all for whatever group having their place to discuss their topics, but them naming their forum thetreeofliberty.com is a travesty and a lie. If I didn't know better (and maybe I don't), I'd say this site was run by Faux News.

Exactly, while everyone may not agree on certain issues here it never degenerates into senseless straw-man arguments, alerting TPTB (I still laugh at that one), and later accusations that I called people an idiot (and saying so after I was banned).

It's a tough situation... by their actions I must deem them fools but I also see some intellect in them on other topic. It's that intellect, and really the fact they call themselves The Tree of Liberty, that I even raised the original question. I can guarantee you I'd never search out some self-proclaimed Zionist board and ask the same questions I asked... I'd expect to get banned... but in a so-called Liberty Forum? I was genuinely stunned at the demeanor of those on the board and was very curious as to why X, Y and Z... now I know.

I'm more of a lurker by nature so I don't have many memberships to other liberty forums; if anyone would be able to, please alert other forums (by pointing them to the thread I linked to at thetreeofliberty.com) that this is not a liberty forum. It was in fact via other liberty forums (direct links to thetreeofliberty.com and many people going, wow these guys seem really good) that I originally found thetreeofliberty.com

That Ideology/Philosophy amongst them at "thePeeOnLiberty.com" reminds me with such clarity, of the clowns, consultants, and advisers, to the US National Security Council. It amazed me by the posts/comments of such parity @ the NSC, that they, sound like the same exact group of people.

Most people overlook minute "power-in-the-hallways" groups with such monstrous ideologies.
