granted, he was a pack rat, but that doesn't give the city the right to destroy ALL OF HIS STUFF, even stuff like functioning cars and his freakin outdoor grill.

email William McGinty, town supervisor, to remind him there's a Constitution.

So with the help of the local town and without a court order they just robbed that guy. I would have gotten the name of everybody that participated that day and personally sued them. Even if you lose you will make their lives a living hell and it will probably make them or anybody else think twice about taking part in such an act. The town officials who made this decision don't have to deal with the burden of cleaning it up they just have to sign a fucking piece of paper and then go home to family but if the contractors know that there is a chance they could be sued personally I guarantee you they will find a different job. The problem will soon fix it's self.

ya the last straw is where they took some of his working work machines and actually stole them and put them to use. if their job is to clean up a yard, obviously stealing someones work materials you find suitable for your own use is not reasonable. it is clear the amount of corruption at play here is disturbing.

I'd be perfectly fine living next to that guy. It would make me look like the woman who kept her yard the nicest, for a change!

“There were propane tanks, cars that may have old transmission fluid, and there’s a children’s basketball court nearby,” Mr. McGintee said. “The combination of all those factors is why we acted.”

Mr. White will be sent a bill for the work. If he does not pay it within 30 days, the tab will be added to his tax bill.
