Some of it maybe, but not all of it. Rand will have no problem raising money, especially once he announces a money bomb. R.J. Harris and Adam Kokesh could certainly use some of the funds.

That is what I was told when I donated to Schiff.. that if they couldn't utilize the money for him then they would use it for other liberty candidates like Rand, Adam, etc..
