<insert obligatory paragraph calling for hell to rain down on some random person or group of people whom you have never met before in the form of furious posts regarding their actions>

<insert paragraph discussing how them being involved with, talking about, or writing about XYZ event has caused the campaign to be DOOMED (hint: some words in all caps really helps get the point across)>

<insert paragraph detailing how the MSM will react and how we must bow down to their opinions and depictions of XYZ event as factually omnipotent and all-knowing (hint: be careful to not actually discuss whether XYZ event was good or not, only discuss what certain members of the MSM said or will say about XYZ event - this is important as to not encourage meaningful debate and instead only focus on uncontrollable third party reactions)>

<obligatory following paragraph discussing how many voters this member of the MSM's diatribe regarding XYZ event will turn off (hint: do not mention all of the people who were actually at XYZ event, listened to you talk, or read your writing that may have been turned on - important as this number may very well be larger and more significant (they could be activists who will put energy into a campaign) than the people listening to the MSM personality (often couch potatoes).>

<insert additional obligatory paragraph claiming campaign didn't want you to go XYZ event despite being unfounded and unsupported - very important to deflect attacks onto the campaign and put people on their heels as if you know something they don't>

<insert required paragraph telling everyone in an as authoritarian way as possible that Ron Paul would not be involved with such an event even though, as usual, you have no idea what you are talking about>

<insert mandatory conclusion where once again GOD'S WRATH must be brought down on the individual or group of individuals eviscerating the campaign because they are inferior humans with TINY brains (hint: notice continuation of selected words in caps and the blaming on all things that have gone less than perfect with this campaign and any possibility of future failure on XYZ event>

(Now you just sit back and hope that nobody can provide conflicting evidence that the campaign had no opinion on XYZ event. Also hope that no one calls you out on the fact that the time spent creating this rant would have been better spent handing out pamphlets, calling radio stations, or basically doing anything else. Go to the fridge grab a beer and enjoy. Ahhh yess... tasty, you love it baby.)

I agree to a point. We should try not to take actions to make Dr. Paul look bad (like the truther movement should do keep their truther stuff at home when promoting Dr. Paul) but at t the same time we should recognize people like Hannity will latch onto anything to make our guy look bad - even if he has to slant the story completely to get the desired effect.

The best we can do is ignore people like Hannity and keep promoting Dr. Paul in our own ways.

Astute observations about control issues...GlaxoSmithKline recommends Paxil... :)

Thanks for the laugh!

<insert paragraph detailing how this above poster is completely clueless and because he/she is not taking this seriously enough we might as well quit now (hint: try to ignore the common sense and acceptance of both sides arguments, this type of attitude only proceeds to calm the situation down)>

(phew, enjoy the fact that no one has called you out yet)
