Who didn't suspect there would be future problems with Fucker when he walked out on his duties as MC of the Rally?

Have fun with Glenn Beck & Bill O'Reilly. The sheeple will love ya.

I was wondering what happened to him since the rally.

EDIT: Well, not like, losing sleep over it or anything :p. But whether or not he still supported Ron Paul.

I am glad to see Tucker on Fox...Fox is getting so much better since Rupert's son took over. Maybe Rupart's son is really a libertarian. Glenn Beck, BY FAR, has the most creative show on television. bar none. tones

Idunno how I feel about Fox taking all the libertarians onto their networks... It's convenient for us, but I wonder if it takes libertarian arguments out of MSM discussion by restricting them to one network.

Yes, just a couple months ago, I believe.

well...all the other channels are socialist. Fox slams all the other stations on ratings. tones

They're going to water down libertarian ideas so that when you even mention something remotely similar, and yet 99% more principled, you get associated with those 'neocons on fox.'

before seeing the video, allow me to summarize my feelings for an MSM goon going from one partisan network to another!

honestly, i'm suprised it took this long... guess he's been jerking off with the strippers he brought in his limo to pick up the most respectable Congressman, Dr. Ron Paul.

OH BTW fuck Tucker

i tried to watch the video, but it was basically terrible commentary which is par for the MSM, but not for my time.

Seriously, who watches these dinosaurs?

Yes, the baby boomers out-number us but they will die along with the revenue stream that dries up to support the socialist policies that prolong their lives!

There is only one sure thing in life, and that is DEATH! I really hope old people are willing to let go of having a boner so the youngins can have a life too~!:D

Tucker talks about joining CATO, writing a book on libertarianism, walking out of the Rally for the Republic because of the "truthers", Ron Paul among other things in this video: http://www.reason.com/blog/show/132194.html

Yea, quite frankly his walking out on the Rally for the Republic pretty much sealed the deal for me on where he stands; he stands with his corporate masters and is unwilling to talk about things that are labeled as "conspiracy" even in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary.

Even if he doesn't agree with the other conspiracy theories, aside from the government's, he should stand stridently in place defending the conspiracy theory he believes in otherwise he is no better than the economic liberals we try to convert every day because they are too lazy to think it out for themselves. In fact, I would argue that someone with his JOB should only be reporting all sides of the story whilst critically thinking, but, as we all know, hard work went by the wayside a while ago....

I hope by "overwhelming evidence", you mean:

"A foreign policy that has resulted in resentment among Arab nations to the point that they retaliated by hijacking airliners and flying them into buildings."

That's the 9/11 story Ron Paul buys and it is the one that makes the most sense to me. Maybe it will make sense to Tucker if he takes time to reflect on it. :)

EDIT: Judging by the video that flirple linked-to, they have a fair amount of discussion with Tucker about the retaliation and foreign policy issue. Tucker seems very confused throughout the interview.

Gee, I wonder why there aren't more older people here on the forums? I mean, obviously they should crave hanging out with people who wish them dead ASAP. Good luck getting them to vote for your candidates.

I like how the hosts make fun of him through out the whole thing.

"Do you consider yourself a libertarian?"

"Absolutely. I mean I'm not a strict libertarian, I think there are some libertarian ideas that are kind of crack pot."

"Like personal freedom? Disastrous."

Anyway, from memory dbag tucker is writing a book about Libertarianism... it has something to do with, we can't win.. or along those lines. Not stated as such, but that's what I bet it will be.

He'd a trojan horse.

No joke. On one of the YAL interviews.

Well Tucker was hypocritical. At the very beginning he said "there are a wide mix of ideas presented here today, let's respect everyone who speaks, even if we don't agree with them". And then HE was the one who walked out.

The Freedom platform has been embraced by all ages. Shall we not discriminate? I believe we can flip a huge amount of boomers in the next three years to vote for the Revolution platform, for a multitude of reasons. Many boomers have parents who were WWII or Korean vets, and as they get older they have a powerful latent patriotic streak emerging, and a repressed discomfort that the counter culture in their younger years was communist oriented. They now are beginning to understand that the counter culture should have been less government. Woodstock should have been about no government, not a hippy socialist government.

Hi there. I was born VE day 1945. Guess that qualifies me as older. :D

Frankly, I was hoping to hang on long enough to die free, but things do not look so great these days. I have waited my entire life to be free, but the longer I wait the less free we have become.

I do not plan to accomodate you by dying just yet. I still have a dream. :D:D

Sometimes this place reminds me of the old days protesting the Vietnam war.

I wonder what my two (former) military sons (Iraq, Kosovo, etc.) would think of their old Mom out protesting and going to tea parties. :) I do know they do not wish me dead even if I am against our governments of the last several decades.

My poor old straight democrapic voting Dad (rest his soul) would never understand me. He never did. Anyway, I'm going to stick around for a while and fight the good fight for you youngins. :D

How about neo-libertarians?

Like Tucker, Beck and Mark Levin.

All are dinosaur neocons (and I am saddened to say that about Beck). All parrot the war on terror (=FAIL). Military/Media Complex Tools.

Of the three, Beck might be going through a real metamorphosis. We'll have to stay posted.
