She confused libertarian with anarchist by saying libertarians don't believe in govt. at all. O'Reilly also sort of smeared libertarians by grouping them w/ drunkards and the promiscuous. I'll give him credit for at least covering libertarians, but I don't think this segment did us any favors

Technically she is correct. The term was used by a French anarchist to describe himself during the 1800's. The term has changed its meaning over time, especially in America.
