If the judge has confirmed she has paid off the mortgage and she owns the property...how can Wachovia step in?

How many times is this going to be posted.

She got a letter from bank one saying that she had paid it off, but she hadn't..it was a clerical error.

The mortgage was sold to bank two that never noticed the error.

Then, wachovia bought the mortgage from bank two. They noticed the mortgage had not been paid, so they foreclosed.

hmmm...interesting. in that case fire the clerk who made the error because they just cost the bank a house...or thats the way it should be.things in writing on your part are always used against you, so should it be against the banks.
