Sometimes the government gets things right...one example is when they give travel warnings.

So sad that these 4 citizens didn't care about the traveling to Mexico warnings.

"In the wrong place at the wrong time"..... No, they were in Mexico and it's always been the wrong place in the wrong time.

My last dive trip to Mexico was 10 years ago and I'll never set foot or support that country ever again.

Legalize and end the war on drugs and this type of drug related violence will end almost immediately.

cartel violence is nothing new...they've always been pretty brazen about it, dumping severed heads in town plazas, kidnappings for ransom, it's like the mobster days the US went through

hell i remember one guy who had a whole stadium emptied so he could have a private concert...with the help of the local authorities no doubt

people in the US rarely if ever hear about any of that
