we are 59 congressmen away from getting a discharge petition.
This will bypass Pelosi too.

Is cosponsoring the bill the same as signing the discharge petition? If it's not, and assuming Pelosi doesn't want to bring this to a vote, some Dems might back off and prevent us from getting to 218.
