I keep seeing something about how only 3 bills have been passed in to law that RP authored. I don't know if it's true or not but Ive seen it more than a couple times.

The vast majority of his stuff never leaves committee, things just sit there for years.

I dont know enough to know why that is. I dont know if the people have any influence to get these things out of committee. There has to be a way to help Paul in this.

I think it would be great for this to become a campaign isue at some point, most of these bills are for the people not profit.

Does anyone know how I can find out which if these bills if any passed, what the final vote count was, and how he voted on them?

I am fond of this site, and I suggest that you subscribe to the RSS feed here for active legislation. It is one of the better sites of its type that I am aware of; perhaps someone here has a better source in which case I would like to hear of it also.


GovTrack is an independent website run by a graduate student in his spare time. Data is collected from the official government websites via automated processes daily.

You can, also, use search engines to find that information if you know the name of the bill in question, usually, but its far more work.

It's so sad that so few of his bills get through committee. It reflects very badly on the rest of Congress.
