Great new hour-long video of him from a few days ago up on YouTube:

He mentions in the video that he's re-writing Crashproof - he's calling it Crash Proof 2.0: How to Profit from the Economic Collapse (notice the lack of the word "coming") - and that it will be out in October. Could he be planning a book release to propel him into the public spotlight for a very strong and powerful announcement of his candidacy?

Schiff has been working on that rewrite for a while.

Man, thanks for that google vid! I'll watch it tonight. Can't wait.

he has no choice but running. if we want to do this peacefully. everyone that can run should. Schiff has an advantage. He is Peter Schiff son of Irwin Schiff.

Hopefully he is going to run. I remain optimistic of his chances. Dodd has spread enough taint and Connecticut has to of seen this by now.

The speech was good. He spends a lot of time pointing out some basics about economics. Sadly, 99% of Americans don't have even a basic knowledge of this subject. We have been educated in schools that just don't teach the fundamentals.

Basically what I was taught in high school was: "we have a good economy because the USSR collapsed and we didn't LOL"

If Schiff replaces Dodd, that'll be a great day for America and the libertarian movement. It's kinda like when your baseball team defeats a division rival.... it's a two-point swing in your favor :)
