If Democrats enforced the rules we would all be voting for them.

And I take it that everyone is noticing the "Supreme Court: Bush Wins" headline in that newspaper in the third picture?

Or that the kids are being ushered safely out of the way of the big bad elephant?

"Democrats: they'll take all the money away from guys wearing blue baseball caps and give it to you, so you can play in the park all day."

At least it admits that Democrats govern as if they were your mother.
A Republican one would be "Republicans ____ just like daddy does."

http://www.theforbiddenknowledge.com/hardtruth/brainwashing_children.htm

There are a number of ways children can be brainwashed. It is often accomplished by a parent or other trusted caregiver. Simplified, the process follows these steps:
1. The mind controller is a trusted, loved, and important person to the child.
2. The mind controller hates the person/concept/item who/which the child is being brainwashed to hate. (for example: The mind controller hates dad. or The mind controller hates religion. or The mind controller hates kittens.)
3. The child must agree with the mind controller because the child believes that to not do so might lose the support, love or acceptance of the mind controller. (The child hates dad because to not do so would mean losing mom's love. or The child hates religion because to not do so might cause mom to not love the child anymore.)

In the above example, the term Mind Controller may be replaced by the words mom, dad, grandmother, the elder, the teacher, or any other significant individual in the life of the child.

Yeah, that is funny...and Mandy, we don't make kids share their toys, either. We teach that their stuff is theirs and they don't have to share it if they don't want to. :D

I totally agree. And w/3 kids they fight a lot over this but in the end they work it out. There are things they willingly share but with other stuff, not so much and that's their right. I'd be pissed if as a kid I had certain toys I cherished and was forced to give them up on someone else's whim. Like kids need that guilt complex.

asimplegirl
05-07-2009, 11:44 PM
Yeah, and basically when you think about it, it is just teaching them to give up their possessions willingly later in life.

Oh, and yes, punk fights with kids about this, too...but we are weird about that, too....as long as they fight it out, get it over with, and not whine bout it, then we are fine. LOL. But, his stuff is his, their stuff is theirs... and if the owner of said property does not want to give it up, that is their right.

I refuse to let my kid watch elmo anymore, I have walked into the room mid-movie and heard "don't question your doctor, he is your friend" and "do what the police tell you, they are here to help". I ripped that shit out the dvd player so fast...

Holy hell, yeah, that's crazy.

Oh, well, punk doesn't like that "baby crap" (in his words) anyway....he likes south park, squidbillies, family guy, and regular shows like ghost hunters, UFC, etc....

Lots of people act like we are crazy, but he likes it, and we don't mind...either he learns propaganda, or learns nothing...we prefer nothing when it comes to TV.

this shit should be constituted as child abuse.

Thought this was funny-A message from the author of the book:
Questions? Comments? Please email me
(Jeremy Zilber) at info@littledemocrats.net
and I'll do my best to respond quickly.

A note to Republicans, Libertarians, and disgruntled conservatives...
I hear from quite a few of you every day, so please understand that I
can't always respond. As a general rule, if your message contains
references to Socialism, Communism, Nazis, abortion, gay marriage,
terrorists, or "lazy" poor people "stealing" your money, then you
probably won't hear back from me. I'm perfectly willing to respond
to serious inquiries about the books, but I don't have time to
respond to name-calling or argue politics all day.

Update: Many of you seem to be misunderstanding the previous
note. To be clear, I'm not "scared" to debate political issues with
conservatives, nor do I wish to deny your rights to free speech. I
simply don't have an infinite amount of time to explain why I
disagree with your ideology and/or why I don't think sharing is a
communist concept. If you have nothing better to do with your time
than arguing politics with a stranger, then feel free to send your
comment -- just don't expect to hear back from me.

South Park and Family Guy are full of propaganda.

Yeah, but he doesn't get it, so it is okay now. LOL....Sesame Street propaganda is his level, and that is not cool.

The only thing he seems to pick up from the ones he does watch is some dirty words, and some abrasive personality traits that don't last that long . :)

To me, that's much better than straight out, "never question your doctor", or "the cops are always here to help you".

Then again, we have a little libertarian on our hands, so I don't think he would think that is cool anyway.
