I want to know all about filing with the Public Disclosure Commission. Specifically, I want to know if you have to be qualified for the office when you file your C-1. I know you have to be qualified to file a Declaration of Candidacy, but that takes place most likely after you have filed with the PDC.

Edit: This is about possibly, maybe, considering running in 2010.

If I can't find an answer, I'll email someone on their staff.

go for it Nate. i will tell you from experience that filling out all the reports is kind of a pain in the ass, the filing fees are 1% of the annual salary, and i'm sure you know about that top-2 scam thing so i'd recommend not filing as a libertarian.

State House, it is the only office open that I would qualify for in the next election. You only have to be 18 to hold that office.
