If Obama doesn't prosecute Bush, Cheney & Co for torture, he is not upholding the law. If they are found guilty, he could pardon them if he wants to. I wouldn't be happy with that, but he wouldn't be impeachable then. As it stands now, he is not upholding the law, which he swore to do. It is a criminal neglect of duty, and is an impeachable offense.
I just wanted to get that off my chest. :o
Obama is a lawyer through and through. The laws to him are quite relative.

If he didn't uphold law, he could be impeached bit down the road. It's hard to wash stains like these by just smooth double speak.

Pelosi defended BUSH against impeachment, even given massive public support to do so.
Think she's going to allow impeachment against Obama? I agree that he should be - he's ignoring the rule of law - but I'm not kidding myself that Pelosi, Reid, et al will sell out Obama to gain points.
When these people hang, they will hang with the same metaphorical rope; it is in the interests of most of Congress to defend each other.

Yeah, I know, Silverhawks. They are defending each other to avoid all of them facing justice. It's just so sad. Our government is completely corrupt, through and through. :(

Can you really impeach a person who is technically not the POTUS because he's not a citizen?
Can we jail him for impersonating a us citizen, falsifying statements on the federal papers, deception of the american public?
