For those who feel a sudden desire to boycott Duncanville like the plague, you'll find it's a south Dallas suburb near the Love Expressway (Tx. 67).

Ok, what exactly was this man's crime?

Apart from to disagree with the mayor?

Barring any facts we don't know which would change my opinion of this news clip and video, this guy should run for mayor and get on FREEDOM WATCH.

Take a look at the historical youtubes on this issue. The mayor is a dictator who totally disregards the Robert's Rules time and time again. The people should get rid of this piece of trash mayor.

Percentage of Red Light Camera Citations in Duncanville for turning right on red: Approximately 85% -- that’s about 37,360

This has been happening in Houston, too. Even if you come to a complete stop before turning red, I personally know 2 people who have received red-light tickets for making a right turn. And there is no way to challenge the ticket because it is not a criminal charge (they can't criminally charge you for something your car did). This whole red-light camera thing is a scam nationwide.

I wonder when their next meeting is?

I wonder if the czar (mayor) has been removed from office and if not, why not. And how do the police justify arresting someone who has violated no law. Or are the police just to be considered the mayor's personal pest control service?

The city of Duncanville has apparently lost the full video for that session. Check out what happens when you select April, 2009 from their website:
