7500 vs 14000 in public schools
allows kids to go to competing private schools
sure, it's at the tax payer's expensive, but if we must cut spending, do we really need to start here?
and what is your general view on such programs, considering they are at the taxpayer's expense. Should states provide this and it be a just system?
