Hitler can make their top fucking list, but a man that raised more money than all other opponents, has an impecable record as a stateman, is a baby doctor, had a best selling book and inspired a few million doesnt make their list.

F*CK YOU TIME MAGAZINE.

That's a STUPID list. Sorry, but many of the people there, just don't belong. Brad Pitt is on there, for God's sake. :)

The edges of the paper hurt.
If I ever get to talk to Prince, I'm going to ask how Nikki managed it.

he's talking about hitler being person of the year in the late 1930s

Persons of the Year and Most Influential people on their lists are not necessarily people you want your kids to grow up and be like or become yourself. Just those who made the biggest impact on issues in the year. People they do have on their list includes Bernie Madoff and Rush Limbaugh. In terms of the election, Ron Paul did not have a major impact.

The thing that is infuriating is that even if Dr. Paul had gotten every vote cast (wasn't this the online thing where we voted for the most influential people???) he still wouldn't have been chosen for the list. Fuck them.

Time magazine, as I recall, hasn't taken their online polling seriously ever since Mick Foley won their "Man of the Year" polling over a decade ago. They can't fathom anyone being inspired by people they aren't inspired by.

I don't even recognize 95% of the names.

Guess I should "get with the program" and start reading those magazines at the grocery store checkout and watching the "popular" shows on TV...

Ah, the sound of another American realizing Time sucks.

LOL. *BOTH* Obamas are on that list.

If Ron Paul had a significant impact already, we wouldnt be in the mess we are in. His impact is yet to come.

I know 5 people on the Leaders & Revolutionaries list. Am I not informed enough? The real name of the magazine must be "propaganda time."

Ahem, the people that read Time have their heads so far up the Obama's asses, it doesn't really matter if Paul is on the list or not.

Bernie Madoff, lol. This list has no credibility.

ric flair also won it about 10 years backI think he placed, but didn't win. It's not too big a surprise, though. Flair did work for Turner, after all.
