Ron Paul's campaign funds are not as "stellar" as some, so we know his supporters are on a budget (unlike our country). Here are some easy and inexpensive ideas for spreading the word:

1. Car caravans (as demonstrated by Oklahoma City--Google it)
2. Obvious street sign waving events, the impact cannot be underestimated!
3. Wearing your Ron Paul gear any/every place conceivable: grocery store, gym, shopping, movie theaters, jogging, etc. Become a moving billboard for Ron. People WILL ASK!
4. Organizing "Paul at the Mall" days when the weather gets colder so your Meet Up groups can invade your local malls, much like the car caravan idea above, but on foot.
5. Chalk your sidewalks! Some college campuses are doing this, but where else can you "legally" get away with it? Give it some thought.
6. Leave a pamphlet or RP business card at restaurants or wherever you tip...but leave a GOOD tip when you do...lol.
7. Make up simple slogans/signs on 8.5x11 paper, simple B&W print, that you can post on telephone polls at busy intersections...along with all those "work at home" and "lost pet" pieces we all see...and read!
8. Halloween is coming, so whatever you dress up as (in good taste), wear a Ron Paul sign/sticker to go with it (i.e. Gorillas for Ron Paul, Doctors/Nurses for Ron Paul, Jedi Knights for Ron Paul...you get the idea). Just no "Clowns for Ron Paul"...that's the OTHER guys...lol. This goes for dressing up your kids as well
Have your kids give out RP pamphlets as they go door-to-door. Who can turn down/away those cute little messengers? Are they too small? Then mom and dad, YOU give them out after your kids collect their candy at the door as your way of saying "thanks."
9. Have a local printer make the RP business card graphic into a sticky note pad (these are pretty cheaply done), so you can affix them easily to windows, lockers, etc. These are easy for people to remove and a more "considerate" way of promoting vs. sticking something in a windshield or taping to a surface. Your Meet Up group can canvass a parking lot MUCH quicker using these and, again, they are far less intrusive to car and building owners.
10. But the biggest reminder, as Ron himself states, "HAVE FUN" while you're doing it! You attract a lot more people and interest if you're having fun with a smile on your face!

When people ask you about Ron Paul, make sure to ask them for their e-mail address and then hit them with an emial link to his site, an invite to your MeetUp and a Thank You.

Buy a glass marker or chalk ink at a crafts store, and chalk your rear car window. Rear side windows are fair game, too.

You will get a lot of impressions, with a lot more impact than a bumper sticker, which most people ignore.

You will get a lot of impressions, with a lot more impact than a bumper sticker, which most people ignore.

True, by the very nature of being unusual and unconventional the painted windows number will get a lot of attention, but the subconscious will never ignore anything it sees, and subliminally is where the most powerful impressions are made, if done consistently and repeatedly.

Also, how much is a package of window marker or chalk...a couple of dollars? Two dollars will get 20 bumper stickers in bulk. How many people will chalk their windows vs. putting a bumper sticker on?

We engaged in a numbers game - it isn't simply about decking out your own car, it's about getting everyone you can to promote Ron Paul with everything available, and generally most folks are doing good to just to slap a bumper sticker on their car.

Remember the old "I am dirty - wash me" trick on dirty vehicles?

Use your favorite extremity/tool/whathaveyou to etch your
favorite bit into the grime on the rear of trucks/vans/trailers/etc
whenever you come across them. Although truck stops may
regard you with suspicion, you may have an easy time at places
like honkytonks/highwayrestaurants/corporate parking lots.
