Sorry, I had to laugh hysterically when I read the title. Funny he hasn't offered one, huh?

Its a valid question which no one has asked (but you, thank you) and he has not proactively offered an answer to. Did they all forget or pretend to forget? If he is actually pinned down on the question, the answer will sound very similar to words Bush would have said.

130 + countries with U.S. troops on their soil... withdraw is not going to happen as long as the printing press exists.
