The RJ Harris 2010 Campaign has gotten the word that Judge Napolitano and his producer are watching the guest request tracker and they are aware of RJ.

You can vote for more than 1 person. You have 10 votes and can only use a maximum of 3 on a particular person. Plus I don't think this is a one-time winner poll. The way the format of the voting works is that when they accept winners (or cancel a submission), those votes you expended on that person are returned and you can use them again on someone else. So the poll is continual.

So, for example, let's say you vote for R.J. and Kokesh and both of them are accepted. They'll go on the show, the votes you used on them will be returned to you and you can then vote for more people.
