Richard Daleman is a medical marijuana user. He is authorized by the state of California to have pot, and a lot of it, for medicinal purposes.
He was arrested last December, held in jail for 3 months until a jury found him not guilty on all counts.
Then, when he tried to get his pot back, the Sheriff's Department said they'd only give him six of the 12 pounds they took.
He went back to court and last week, a the judge ruled he could have it all.
